You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Returns showing any signs of use or damage may be refused.
If you need to return a product, please contact us at help@mensroomaustralia.com to obtain return instructions. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, except for faulty or defective items, which we will cover.
A 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. Once we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
